We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they meet the exception criteria listed below.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
You receive an item different from what you ordered.

3. Reporting Requirements
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

You must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.

4. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:

The item is unopened and unused.
The return is initiated within 7 working days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to damage or error:

Cerberus Research Chem will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

8. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:
